Seeking Therapy?

My Approach

Are you feeling lost or uncertain about the direction your life is heading? Perhaps you're struggling to manage your anxiety, and your current coping strategies just aren’t enough. I'm here to guide you through these challenges and support you in finding a way forward.

My goal is to help you create the life you desire and build the relationships you want. I use trauma-informed therapy, understanding that all behaviors have a reason when you look at the past. Together, we'll work to identify where you’re feeling stuck, recognize which behaviors no longer serve you, and equip you with the tools to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with relationship anxiety, vocation direction, trauma, loss of identity/motivation, depression, and ADHD. My hope is to help you feel confident and purposeful in navigating these challenges.
